SERVICES Aside from the recreational retail aspect of our store, we also provide customer service you just cannot seem to find in this day and age. With a salestaff ready to assist you however they can, at Norbert Pools we can answer your questions should they be about opening or closing your pool, or what kind of chemicals to use. During the summer we have a water testing station with a computer and an employee ready to help you figure out what chemicals you will need. Just bring in a water sample and let us do the rest! Have a problem with your pool filter? Just give our Parts Department a call at 847-965-8998! For the summer months only, we have an in-house parts department that can supply the technical pool parts required to get your pool flowing smoothly, whether it is a certain hose or o-ring, we are here to help.
